Sciaudone's Garage

This was the first time I worked with Sciaudone’s and I was extremely happy with their overall service. They were very through, and explained everything well, breaking down the importance of what they diagnosed. They helped replace my rear brakes and there was a noticeable difference in my drive, and extremely happy with its performance. I will be going back for any further service my car needs now that I know I can trust them.

Sciaudone's Auto Repair has grown its very healthy business by word of mouth and referrals. Hidden away in a pocket of Norwalk Unknown to most one can only know about it From very happy customers. There's no better advertising than good references. I have brought several cars here and they have done what other garages could not and would not for a reasonable price. For example, a well-known garage in Wilton wanted me to spend $3000 to completely replace the exhaust system Due to some resting and very loud noise. It was a 2006 Toyota Corolla with only 100,000 miles on it but still not worth $3000 for a replacement. Sciaudone’s, on the other hand, found a way to repair and re-fit the exhaust system at less than a third of the price. It's been two years and it is still functioning beautifully. Mr. Sciaudone, Christian and Carlos are all personable and welcoming and treat their female customers with respect and professionalism, opting not to talk down or condescend those of us who may not be "autophiles." I highly recommend Sciaudone’s Auto Repair to everyone. There might be a weeklong wait to get in, but it is well worth it.

All members of the team were thorough, patient, informative, professional and kind. As always, I felt "taken care of", and my 2010 car presently runs better than ever.

After dealing with a frustrating check engine light issue, I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Instead of jumping to expensive conclusions or unnecessary repairs, they took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem and were completely transparent throughout the process. What impressed me most was their honesty and commitment to getting it right. They were willing to bring in a specialist when needed and even collaborated directly with my longtime mechanic in Virginia, who has worked on my car for years. That level of teamwork and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence that they genuinely wanted to find the correct solution rather than the quickest one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest mechanics who truly care about fixing the problem the right way.

Professional, prompt, and fair. My better half had an overheating car that needed attention ASAP. There’s three little kids that depend on that car moving and this shop came through incredibly well. They were busy but somehow found the time to take care of us immediately. They saved the day and earned our business and recommendations in the future.
